Our members compliment us on our Hebrew education program and the friendly atmosphere of our services and social activities. We have services twice a month on Friday evening and once a month on Saturday morning. The content of the Rabbi's sermon relates to current events and Judaism in the modern world.
Beth Israel is a small congregation of 55 families. The president of the congregation is Mark Silverstein. We currently have no building or initiation dues or financial obligations for new and established members. We have a dues structure that welcomes families wanting to enroll their children in our Hebrew School as well as encouraging college students, young and mature adults to join our congregation with a reduced dues structure.
We have membership in the President's Council of the Jewish Federation of South Jersey and consistently support activities and events organized by the Federation.
